The fly ash sampler consists of suction nozzle, sampling pipe, injection pipe, exhaust pipe, cyclone dust collector, static pressure pipe and other components. As a sampling measurement equipment, the anti wear of the sampling probe plays a crucial role in the stable operation of the fly ash in the equipment. The wear of the sampling probe is mainly due to the erosion of the sampling tube by high-temperature flue gas. The degree of erosion of the sampling tube by fly ash flue gas with different particle sizes, hardness, and flow rates varies. Through years of exploration and improvement, our company has developed a fly ash sampler with anti clogging and anti wear capabilities. It mainly adopts the following technical measures: A. Grinding ceramic patches are used in the sampling tube in the direction of smoke flow. B. The technology of lining enamel is used inside the sampling bend, and the adjusting nozzle is made of PTFE material that is not easy to accumulate dust, ensuring that the device will not be clogged due to the adhesion of fly ash during long-term use C. Inside the cyclone dust collector, a ground ceramic patch is used; If the outdoor temperature is less than -200C, a high-energy membrane heater can be selected outside the cyclone dust collector to ensure that the fly ash is not easily bonded and worn.

Installation instructions for fly ash sampler


1. The determination of sampling should be carried out on the vertical flue between the outlet of the economizer and the inlet of the air preheater. The specific installation location should generally meet the following conditions: the flue gas temperature should not be less than 200 ℃, and generally not exceed 400 ℃; In the straight pipe of the flue, there are no obstacles that affect the positive sampling inside the flue; The representative parts of smoke flow velocity and dust particles; There is a space outside the flue for convenient operation and maintenance.


2. Remove the insulation layer, open holes on the flue, and weld the transition flange close to the wall of the flue, with the flange surface perpendicular to the ground.


3. Install the sampler protective box.


4. Insert the sampling tube into the transition flange with the sampling head facing the direction of smoke flow.


5. Add a sealing gasket between the sampler and the transition flange, tighten the connection, and ensure sealing.


6. Restore insulation to prevent condensation and blockage of pipelines after sampling.
